Madison Capital Investments, LLC, specializes in the formation and management of energy royalty assets with established production histories and growth potential through our royalty funds and direct title offerings. Our firm is comprised of a team of professionals who have worked with direct participation programs since 2003, specializing in producing oil and gas royalty asset investments.

With offices in both Dallas, Texas, and Madison, Wisconsin, we are a participant of this specialized investment community of energy investments - matching qualified candidates with royalty, overriding royalty, and working interest energy investments. In doing so, we have developed a track record with acquisitions comprising over 50,000 active wells in 15 states. We launched and closed our initial royalty offering, The Cimarron Properties, in March of 2009. Subsequently, we completed the Madison Capital Energy Income FundsI and II. All of our royalty programs are managed through our entity, Madison Royalty Management, LLC (MRM), which provides monthly distributions to investors on over $40 million in assets.
